Lathe Welding

Extensive use of our lathe welding/circumference welding capability allows us to ensure a 360 degree circumference weld with excellent weld penetration. The lathe welding process is automated and requires operator interface only in part loading and unloading.
Robotic Weld Cells

In production of high volume welded assemblies, Shelby uses automated robotic welding cells. These robotic cells enable us to produce larger assemblies to meet customer requirements and to develop future products.These robotic cells also ensure that each weld has proper weld penetration. Another illustration of how Shelby's technology combined with our operator skill virtually guarantees high quality welding on high volumes.
Brazing
Our rotary brazing operation is one example of Shelby's line of unique, specialized equipment produced by our experienced toolroom staff. This experience combined with operator skill ensures quality brazing on a high-volume basis.
